Before finalizing your purchase of a made-to-order designer shirt from The Meesam, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1.  Fabric Quality and Characteristics   

   Our shirts are crafted from premium Giza cotton, known for its smooth texture and natural sheen. However, as a natural fabric, Giza cotton may experience changes over time, including loss of sheen, color fading, or changes in texture due to regular use, washing, or environmental exposure. These changes are a natural characteristic of the fabric and are not considered defects.

2.  Handmade Embroidery and Materials   

   The embroidery on our shirts is meticulously hand-crafted using the finest materials, including stones, sequins, cutdanan, and poth. Due to the handcrafted nature of the embroidery, slight variations may occur from the images or descriptions provided. While we use the highest quality materials, some wear or deterioration of the embroidery may occur over time with regular use or improper care.

3.  Care Instructions   

   To maintain the best condition of your shirt, please follow these care instructions:

   –  Hand Wash or Dry Clean Only : Wash gently by hand using lukewarm water and mild detergent. Alternatively, dry cleaning is recommended.

   –  Avoid Harsh Chemicals : Do not use bleach or strong chemicals as they may damage the fabric and embroidery.

   –  Ironing : Use a low heat setting and avoid direct contact with the embroidery. A pressing cloth may be used if necessary.

   –  Storage : Store your shirt in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or moisture to prevent fading or damage to the fabric and embroidery.

4.  Limitations of Liability   

   While we ensure the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship, wear and tear, fading, discoloration, and deterioration of the fabric and embroidery are natural occurrences over time.
